Tateru Nino: Select a bunch of prims, select align on [X|Y|Z] axis, and let them snap together.

That would be nice…and so would the ability to align prims by edge as well. It would make building big multi-prim walls and other structures MUCH easier…

Is there a way to actually copy a prim so it appears in the exact same place as the original is? (I’m rather tired of copy pasting xyz coordinates)?

@Vint: shift-copy (shift and drag a position handle) then ctrl-z to undo the move. at least, that’s what it sounds like you want. (if it’s part of a linked group, you’d have to unlink the prim first, though)
